The Chan Centre for the Performing Arts is a venue on the University of British Columbia campus that is home to musical performances, graduation ceremonies and high-profile appearances by cultural and historical personalities. It was built thanks to the largest private cultural donation in Canadian history at the time. Recently, it has also gained fame as a filming location for shows such as The 4400, Kyle XY and Hellcats.
